We were delighted to be a part of the school\u2019s new history and to return to see Boclair Academy thriving and operating as a first-class facility.\u201d<br>Thomas Brady, Director of xburo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column the-brief is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Brief<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer spacer-30\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>East Dunbartonshire Council invested \u00a320million in the build of a new secondary school, Boclair Academy, to provide a state-of-art learning environment for its 1,500 learners.<br><br>Boclair Academy is a new build secondary school providing a rich mix of interdisciplinary and subject-focused learning experiences.<br><br>As part of this, xburo\u2019s role was to support Doig &amp; Smith in the delivery of the NEC 3 supervisory services.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column our-expertise is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Expertise<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer spacer-30\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Working in a truly collaborative manner with Doig &amp; Smith and the main contractors, McLaughlin and Harvey and SPIE, the MEPH elements of the project were successfully signed off ahead of completion. This was an important consideration as pupils needed to continue their education following the academic break with as little interruption as possible.
