We are looking for a Bookkeeper 3 days per week!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key roles and responsibilities are;<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u2705\u00a0Liaison with Accountants i.e. preparation of working papers and draft accounts for year-end accounts for audit\/option
\u2705\u00a0Financial reporting on Sage:- Bank reconciliations | Nominal ledger listings
\u2705\u00a0Process bank statements and highlight error or irregularities
\u2705\u00a0Quarterly Vat returns \u2013 cash accounting and reconciling
\u2705\u00a0Reconciling bank, direct debit and loan accounts\/petty cash
\u2705\u00a0Posting transactions between bank accounts and loan accounts
\u2705\u00a0Inter Company reconciliations
\u2705\u00a0Processing Payroll journal
\u2705\u00a0Processing and recording all expenses
\u2705\u00a0Prepare and process PAYE\/NI payments
\u2705\u00a0Set up\/administer pension schemes \u2013 including auto enrolment duties, uploading members details monthly and making payments
\u2705\u00a0Responsible for making all bank payments (salaries, pensions, HMRC, suppliers) and reconciling
\u2705\u00a0Issue client fees on a monthly basis
\u2705\u00a0Prepare P11D figures for accountants<\/p>\n\n\n\n
